ACL Rehab: The First 3 Months
Here's a selection of my favorites to add to into the rehab mix in the first 3 months following ACL injury (both ACLR and non-operative management).
Sets, reps, load, frequency per week are all dependent on the individual in front of you; so use clinical reasoning when prescribing a rehab plan for your patients/athletes.

@@Dr_Footbrake ok, I also tend to see them promoted for helping patellar tendinopathy; how do they help with that in particular?
How does one structure this in alongside weightligting. It seems like so much. How do we schedule it in? I am 4 months post aclr and still struggling
