ACLR Rehab: Rotation jumps/hop + lands

When the athlete has proven they can tolerate forward and lateral jumps, hops and lands; medial and lateral rotation jumps, hops and lands should then be encouraged as they continue towards a return to training and sport.
The exercises you'll see here as you swipe across are all geared towards landing a medial rotation movement.
💥 2 legged vertical jump with 90deg turn
💥 1 legged vertical hop w 90deg anti-clockwise turn
💥 2 legged box jump with 90deg turn
💥 1 legged box jump with 90deg anti-clockwise turn
💥 2 legged drop land with 90deg turn
💥 1 legged drop land with 90deg anti-clockwise turn
🛑 Remember: These challenging jumps & lands are a progression from basic forward and lateral jumps/hops.
