ACLR Rehab: Snapdowns

I really like Snapdowns as an exercise to integrate in the weeks leading up to the start of a program that consists of higher impact activities such as running and jumping with my ACLR rehabbers.
To beef up your Snapdowns; try a Snapdown with a "pop" as seen in the last 3 reps in this video.
As the athlete progresses, you can even do this on 1 leg at a time +/- soft surfaces.
