Balance and proprioception exercises are a key component to any lower limb rehab program. They are also a sensible addition to a dynamic warm-up prior to team training or sport.
In this video you'll see a gradual progression of easy drills all the way through to more challenging drills; and I strongly encourage your own clinical reasoning before prescribing these to your patients.
As a general rule though I would encourage the patient/athlete to perform 10-15mins of a variety of balance drills; aiming to get 3 sets of 30-60sec into each leg, per exercise.

    Really appreciate this video! My clinic doesn’t have anyway to test and we see a lot of ACLs 🤦🏻
