ACLR Rehab: Step Ups

Single leg quad dominant strength exercises can come in the shape of many forms; and are a key ingredient to successful ACLR rehab.
Bulgarian split squats, Skater Squats, Split Squats, Leg Press are just some examples that spring to mind.
Step ups are another option that you could use throughout your rehab plans.
And for a nice and simple progression to improve power in the mid-late stages of ACLR rehab, turn a standard Step Up into an Explosive Step Up as seen in the second video.
