ACLR Rehab - Depth Jump

Depth Jumps are a great plyometric exercise to improve lower limb power and performance; especially in those athletes going through ACLR rehab.
These are however a high intensity plyometric option and careful consideration needs to be applied when prescribing these into the training plan.
As a general rule, I would bring these in 1-2x per week and only after the athlete has proven they can tolerate lower intensity plyometrics such as skipping, pogos hopping, jump rope and mini hurdle jumps in the training blocks previous.
