ACL Rehab: Plyometric Options

Plyometrics are a key component to lower limb injury, especially ACL rehab. However, plyometrics are often neglected, with only 30% of ACLR patients completing them during rehab.
It is really important to understand that Plyometrics are not created equal, and one should learn how to land before they get carried away jumping over a series of hurdles.
In this 3min video you'll see plenty of plyometric options including landing drills and plyometric drills ranging from safe and easy (skipping varieties & box jumps) through to advanced and very late stage (partner push varieties & medial triple hop).

    مرحبا انا جد معجب بالتمارين انا عامل عملية رباط صليبي مع تنضيف غضروف مع تثقيب العظم وعمري 42 اقدر اعمل هاذا التمارين لو في مشكلة

    I am at 9 months, it really does get better. 6-9 months has given me good hope for a full recovery. 1-6 months was the worst part of my life no joke. it gets better man! keep your head up
