ACLR rehab: Jump & Land Basics

Jump & Land: Keep it simple.
Plyometrics don't have to be complicated. Nor should they be feared.
🟢 First learn how to land (2 feet, then 1 foot)
🟢 Then progress to low-intensity plyometrics (bouncing and hopping)
🟢 Then progress to high-intensity plyometrics (depth jumps & variations)

    Hi I like your videos, due to acl grade 1 tear my right leg quad muscle is still little bit weak which video can I follow regarding Your acl Rehabilitation videos please advice me. I got injured in 2018 January.
