    Dude my only question is: what do i do with the rice after the workout? Can i use the same rice over and over again? Do i need to spend a lot of money in rice for this? I am confused (and poor)

    you‘re just 16 your growth potential is till 25. you can still grow a lot just don‘t smoke don‘t drink much ,eat healthy and exercise with enough sleep

    @outstanding00 yeah I've never smoked or drank alcohol, been going to the gym for the past 2 years, and exercised even before that, so my height doesn't even make sense, especially when my dad is still taller than me

    Started : 05-10-2024 Female Age : 14 Current Height : 4'11 ft /149 cm Goal : Atleast be around 5'2 or taller Weight : 125 pounds / 56kg Workout : Cardio, stretching, dumbells Taking height and calcium pills, drinking a glass of milk every night, tryna keep a balanced diet Guys I think in cooked 🥶🤑🙏⁉️ Update in a month :p
