dont follow this its completely useless you need straight arm strength for planche not these stuff

Bro I am onlykinda big fan of yours
i feel like my wrists dont let me lean over as much. any additional wrist strength/mobility reccomendations? i know if i keep doing the exercises itll get better but id like to speed up the process if possible.

Bro don't follow this routine It is bad for your wrist Try to rotate your wrist 45 degrees outward
I was at least able to do a tucked planche for 3 seconds
