Fortifying us a strong base to get us ready to tackle other physical achievements!
Made to be done all at home with minimal to no equipment this program consists of:

I just found you and I’m in love!! I love that you focus of mobility and flexibility just as much as strength. It’s refreshing because a lot of people work out so hard but don’t take the time to stretch and help keep their body in good (working!) condition
