I am going to brag. After 3 goes I finally made it through this routine, notwithstanding arthritis in hands and toes. Oh ... the point of my bragging is that I'm 70, though I have always loved to move, as I was a ballet dancer in my youth.

Ok, first GRATITUDE...I am humbled and surprised and determined to get this. 52 years young and still finding ways to grow! NAMASTE
I was skeptical about watching another 'beginner/intro' animal video (watched dozens by now) as most of them are bull s@@t and a self pat on the back, but this time it actually makes sense because of all the precise queues and technicality of your body parts through the movement. Many other instructors simply perform and expect you to mimic with no precision explanation, very frustrating, this instructor however did a great job. First, and only 'animal flow' video that received my 'thumb up'.

Exactly! This felt like an actual coaching session, and not some promotional, self-serving BS.

Totally. I can't agree more.!
This is the best introduction to animal flow video I've seen. The progression is just right, you explain every move very well, & repeat it enough that we beginners can do it with you guys. Thank you. Fun stuff!

Vast majority of "beginners" won't even be able to deep squat which makes me wonder if this will injure more people than it helps. Probably more true to describe this as an intro to Animal flow for people with advanced mobility.

Good point, there are videos that teach how to train to get into deep squat if you aren't able to by default. Most obese people can't even run, that doesn't mean videos depicting certain running and hopping exercises shouldn't exist. 😅
I love this, but I’m 60, and I’m not sure I’ll be able to do it. But, I’m gonna give it my best!😂👍🏽✌🏽

Are you able to do it now? :)
This is so incredibly helpful. I am interested in animal flow but have found most videos are too advanced and/or don't explain the foundational movements carefully enough for a beginner. This and the other videos in the Habits playlist are also just smart business: I've thought about trying MUD/WTR and not am definitely sold on giving it a shot. Thank you!
I’m so grateful that I found this, have been wanting to delve into this form of movement, but honestly didn’t know where to start! I was proud of myself and I managed the flow ok. In a few weeks I’m sure I’ll be better. But thank you for the easy to follow tuition 🙏
Just discovered this form of exercise yesterday from another KZreadr and I instantly knew it was what I needed in my life. Unfortunately I had a wrist injury a few months ago and I haven’t put much weight on it so that made the workout that much harder, but it was amazing. My wrist feels stronger just after 1 workout. I know that for sure after doing this everyday for 30-60 days they will be in tip top shape. Thanks for the beginnings guide, I was sweating 2mins into the workout 😂.
What a great tutorial I’m new to animal flow and mobility training as LMT of 10 years I feel this is just what I need …it made me feel exhausted and exhilarated thank you for sharing 🙏🦋
I started incorporating animal flows into my workouts recently, they are amazing!
Never did workouts by watching youtube. Aninal flow looked interesting. Ended up doing all workout, was surprized how difficult is to control my body. But turned out great. For sure will explore more of this. Thank you for sharing new ways to control my body!
this was amazing!! can’t wait to come back to this every day and see my progress! thank you🙏🏼
Capoeira to the core ❤
What a beautiful tutorial! As a newbie, you made this totally accessible. Thank you 😊 🙏
ANIMAL FLOW ROCKS! So happy I found it.......your space is beautiful......I want to be there :)

I think this is the best introduction to video that I have seen so far. I must admit though, by 10 minutes in I was working up quite a sweat, and I didn’t make it to the end! I think I will be sticking with the ABCs and transitions for a couple of weeks before attempting anything that looks like a “flow.”
Really great and clear instruction. You definitely make this look easier than it is... for me at least. I look forward to incorporating this into my regular training. Thank you for all the work.
Thank you so much! Wonderful discipline!
I love this!! Its amazing how we stop doing everything we did as children! This is why I will never grow up regardless of what my birth certificate says 😁🤣

Great video. Being older hip flexibility is key. I had to watch multiple times to get it, but I am working on exercise katas and this is a great entry-level kata
Great job, the speed was perfect, the difficulty vs fun was spot on, and I will be back for more. Big thanks 🙏
This was super duper amazing. Loved it. What a great teacher ❤
Really good - i knew these move - but still learnt a lot - great teacher - thank you
Very good explanation and good to follow along. I will be trying this out and implement it into my training. Thank yoi for sharing!
Wow. I tried the very first exercise and my body said 'wow'. We're in.
Thank you so much for the very basic and précis coatching. This time I'm a real beginer and can't wait for your next vidéo. Muchas gracias ombre !
Excellent! I appreciate all the detail and explanation in slow motion. Great trainer!
That was great, thanks for taking your time to share this practice 🙏
Very happy I've foudn this video, very clear instructions thank you
I am over awed--makes the plank completely elementary; beautiful
Wow. Watched a couple other beginner flows and switched off. Your explanation of the moves was extremely good. Definitely will have to continue with this vid for a bit to gain strength in my wrists and get the moves into my muscle memory. Thanks so much!
Thank you so much! This felt so grounding and in a sense natural to me. Thank you.
de la academia! genio me encantó
Love everything about this video. Instructions are perfect, instructor shows how to perform the movements and the space is beautiful.
Inspiring teacher 👍🦧🦀👹
I just recently got to view a reel of this from IG and I thought "I want to do that" but I couldn't find a beginner friendly vid until this one!
seen so many videos, this one is the best...well explained step by step...
I am a proud animal!
Gracias, lo he practicado varias veces y ya pude hacer todo el Flow seguido. Me falta la elegancia de ustedes, pero ahí voy.
This was so cool and so hard (for me) hahaha more than the poses, the coordination to switch seamlessly between sides 😂😂 I’m def gonna keep this practice up. Feels challenging and fun 😁
Great video! Love the easy to follow instructions and positive energy
I thought I was pretty strong until I did this. Couldn’t manage all the exercises is the warm up. Amazing.

Sick workout. Well explained, I had to make some notes to remember all the positions and switches, but on the second day I did the whole flow !
Thank you soooo much for this brilliant explanation!!!🔥First time I do it right 😅
LOVE
Fantastic lesson for intro! Well clarified. Thank you!
To a total beginner to me this was invaluable! Thank you for breaking it down for us!❤
Gracias Pedro, es uno de los mejores videos para principiantes. Muchas gracias lo pruebo hoy!
This is why he's Master Performance now! He's great!
Very interesting and inspiring. Looking forward for next video
FINALLY I GOT IT 🎉 Ty guys ❤
thank you~ i loved it!
Great video. The exercises are easy to follow and the team is very motivating. What I miss: Pedro Ferrando, when are you going to release a sequel with more exercises?
Thank you so much. I can do these moves now without mistakes. 😀 These moves must be performed slowly, at the pace you show in the video. Otherwise, there's no control.
This is a fantastic instructor. Really great!
MudWtr! Thank you for this!
superb instruction!
This is so inspiring!! Like Strengthside Fitness
Uff, the basics are hard!

Beautiful fluidity!
Primera vez que veo este programa lo voy a seguir ,me encanta moverme como los animales ,Siempre uno haces los mismos ejercicios convencionales esto es algo diferente y se ve divertido😊😊😊😊
Wow Injust discovered animal flow as I am recovering from a bad back injury, this was tough, i only got to crab, but I feel good! Thank you!
Great video, thanks!!!
Oh, my wrists need a lot of work! Thanks!
Looks like Breakdancing moves , I'm 59 and some of these movements are very similar to what my friends and I would do 40 years ago when dancing .
Que genio Pey 🎉❤
Thx from Hamburg 🇩🇪
Hola Pedro! Gracias for this introduction. I did it and it was a good challenge!
Ok, now I understand what this thing is. Awesome, Im going to incorporate this to my routines
Thank you, I start to enjoy it :d
Top class teaching. Your my new yoga. Thank you.
Great work
Those dundun and djembe drums in the background, I already like you guys : )
I like this and it's look fun After years of bodybuilding training and a back injury I will do this for strength and flexibility
Thanks for the video
Que maravilha 😻
Vaamooo Pedro queriidooo🤘, vous a complementar tus classes para mis alumnos dentro del desarrollo de la movilidad neuromuscular.
Hey! Buen Escudo de Racing!!!! Saludos desde Arg!
That intro is sick. The fluidity of it all. Back in my break dancing days this would've been an ideal workout to learn. Having weak wrists I'll have to take it easy with each move but I just love the thought of being focused on what your body is doing in the moment. Its what I enjoyed when I learned katas for martial arts.
This what am trying this year ..as I just finished burpees and pull ups
When I practice the Capoeira, I can see many move similar. Is very good for the health.
Best video
Pedro !!
Great move, thanks, let's practice a lot, I'm a Artificial Intelligence developer and my work is to sit down on a chair in front of a computer but I'm going to do this excercises every two hours at least
Beginner friendly video please. I love animal flow ❤
Wow 😮 respect🤔👍
The first minute of doing this was shaking ridiculous, but I did the 20 minutes, see you tomorrow.
Great. Nice vidéo.
Keep it. Might work for some, but all this did was make my knee hurt. I'll pass thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that! It can be challenging for sure. Rule number one for us is Protect Yourself, that way you are always out of pain. And if pain comes, stop immediately. We have Animal Flow Deconstructed as an option too, where we can perform various of the AF movements without loading the knees. Sending a positive vibe your way.
woooow
el tatuaje de racing es brutal !!
Hi there. Thanks for you video. What would help a beginner like me would be to call out what hand and foot to lift and what side to turn to. Instead of just calling out the name 🙏😊
