With so many sponsorships working out is their full time job so people are a lot stronger nowadays. @@NeemuitdieVerlede 5 min slower? Never lol. I mean they’re extremely fit and they’re killing it, but 100 strict pull ups is 10x harder than kipping. It’s just because your muscles are activated more and longer, because you don’t use momentum of the swing to get back up again. It’s basic physics. But still, CrossFit athletes have a combination of power and cardio that most athletes (bodybuilders or calisthenics) just don’t have. The cardio aspect of CrossFit combined with lifting is just what makes it, in my opinion, the best sport to do to be a well rounded athlete.

to me that was the best part out of the whole video, this is why you do not under estimate anyone who is determined to pass you when you walk in the middle of a run.

I did a murph earlier this month. I only wore the vest for the runs and did 20 sets of strict 5 pullups, 10 pushups and 15 squats. It took me 2 hours to push through it. It's an absolute insane level of fitness to me that multiple people can do the Murph in less than an hour

Ja zrobiłem Murphiego tylko raz bez kamizelki (amatorsko trenuje crossfit) mój czas 56min. W tym miałem kontuzje łydki, gdzie nie mogłem szybciej biec. Musze to zrobić jeszcze raz i zejść poniżej 50min.
