    @@damitzdesign he retired and he had an injury that caused his running to be painful. So he’s box/gym/fans ran alongside him as much as they could to motivate and inspire him to finish

How can picking up a barbell using only the muscles of one leg be the same difficulty of being able to utilise the entire lower body?     7 and 8 was my 1 and 2! Danielle Brandon was beyond impressive considering the circumstences and while Mat is the greatest individual competitor in CrossFit history, Rich is the GOAT!

    For #5, I still don't understand. Medeiros literally won the event. He literally held control of the last headstand for several seconds. 100% should have been done. Vellner's last rep was questionable but I'd probably count it. Regardless Medeiros last rep easily counted and he got scammed. I'm just glad it didn't matter in the end.

    I'm confused why was Annie so amazed to do 200lbs. is that alot for a female to snatch?, I mean she's built and got lots of muscle and been there many times so what was the surprised emotion?

    CF “fixed” my past weight lifting and sports injuries. My range of motion got much better and overall strength also benefited immensely. You should try and see for yourself. CF methodology allows anyone to participate independently of one’s fitness level. Give it a try!

    event 14 most nonsense, at least how the judges judged.... everyone confused. It reminded the hspu with so many standards that people are more worried about e very single and weird standr movement than the movement overall instead.
