My wife is an Orthopedic surgeon. She would like to thank CrossFit bringing her more clients in the past 5 years than any other time. Bad form has allowed us to pay off her student loans, pay off the house and invest. Keep going CrossFit - there are millions of 40 year old "athletes" that need your attention and need to be taught the fucked up "CrossFit" way.

I know CrossFit sucks in some ways, but what about Wrestling? Wrestling's been fucking people up since ancient times. What about Jiu Jitsu practitioners twisting their bones every week? Football? Rugby? No one talks about it. People just keep picking on CrossFit. I know CrossFit is kind of b*llshit, but there are many other sports damaging bones and muscles.
