    It is known as chakrasana. We do it by bending our back by standing. It requires a lot of strength of waist. This brigde stretch is an easier method of chakrasana as it is done by lying on the floor . Well man if you can do the bridge stretch by standing then post a video on your channel( only kind fitness)
