Thicker Stronger Neck - Follow Along Routine

This is an exercise routine I use to target the neck muscles. I find it safe and effective. Remember to be sure you have good posture and no complications before engaging in this routine.

The workout
3 Super-sets:
Front raises 15 reps
Front head turns - 60 seconds
Back head turns - 120 seconds
