Sorry but this is for for fitness and fuctionality of a football. More cardio and plyimetric focused, good to increase speed and power. If you want to look aesthetic then select other workouts

Yes it's only 20 mins don't listen to the other comments saying to do it only 3-4 Times a week it's only 20 mins so you should make the most of it

Yes you can do it everyday. Although for variety and you don't experience burnout, alternate this workout with other workouts of ft training.
