@@msgna421 i did it for a couple of weeks then my back started to hurt. I think that you should not do it every day, and remember to also do a stretch with your back bending the other way. This is too much of consistent arching of the back. I have made my own stretching routine that use some of these tips and other stretches and that is working very good

everytime I do this I get euphoric afterwards, and also my postures immediately better without even trying
Did you miss an exercise? The video shows only exercises for four minutes total not five minutes…
