    Bro I watched your 1000 pushups video, I was so inspired but cannot do even a single pushup, Suffering from Golfer's elbow from around 3 months now, getting treatment for more than a month now but I miss those days when i used to do 200 pushups a day ✌ Please make a video on this as i am unable to find any proper solution. ❤ Love from India 🇮🇳❤

    @@msgna421 i did it for a couple of weeks then my back started to hurt. I think that you should not do it every day, and remember to also do a stretch with your back bending the other way. This is too much of consistent arching of the back. I have made my own stretching routine that use some of these tips and other stretches and that is working very good

    Did you miss an exercise? The video shows only exercises for four minutes total not five minutes…
