The One Month Plan (Volume 2) is an in home follow along exercise program to get us back into shape and then some. *Improving: fitness, mobility, flexibility, cardio vascular performance, muscular strength and ROM, physical looks and overall well being.     I bought the first one but wonder if it's worth buying the second one as well... I enjoyed the first one and the new plan is quite a bit diffrent. I think I'll wait and see how you next videos are before deciding ^^

    Hey, I am a soccer player and play in the midfield. I have gotten out of shape and need to get back to it or I will no longer have a starting spot. I have a personal soccer and a personal fitness trainer. My physical trainer keeps on saying that I need a calorie deficit and that it helps with losing weight and I should not do any weight exercises until I feel smaller. I have watched your channel for so long and have been a fan of your other channel Pigmie. Our soccer season starts in 8 months how can I lose a total of 60 pounds by that time?
