This completely messed me up. Didn’t do everything, no where near to be honest because of the no rest aspect got like 6-7minutes in and it wasn’t looking so hot. Will definitely be coming back to this video quite a bit to see if I can get through it all one day. Another great video, your saving my lockdown to be honest can’t wait to see this channel grow 🙌🏻

Started in September 2021 when I could do maybe 20 normal pushups and doing a good form one arm pushup in February 2022. Man this video is just amazing thank you so much for this🔥🔥
Injured my right hand a few months ago, and I’ve been looking for a workout with moves I can do for beginner strength training. I’ll do a couple of the one handed pushups in a modified way, very happy with this video as a resource! Thank you for making it!
