He could etch the plexi gass on top to scatter more light. It could be geometric patterns or whatever goes with the theme. He should add another light bar tilted up at an angle so its got more visibility. Lets face it its a lowered car. Trucks and SUVs aint gonna see that brake light in the day time if they are following closely.

I wonder if it was possible to have made that metal bracket for the rear light out of that thick plexi glass. I imagine the light being house INSIDE of plexi glass would resonate the light effect even better.
