@@caduguardrailkingowo i enjoy going back to see the WHOLE process from beginning video ,to the latest. Best vid series on the correct way of building a car, indeed. I compare his vids ,to the vietnamese guys on youtube that build supercar replicas, from 100%scratch.👍🏼👍🏼🤜🏼👍🏼
The cat really wanted to help today😊

I think this video is my ten year plan. Nice garage, car projects, cat, peace. All I could ever want.

this is really the best and most interesting building series on youtube! every video is pure art! thx for your work to share that!
It is just amazing the patience you have. It is good to see the four legged inspector approves of your work.
A great way to start a Sunday morning, 😎☕
I'm not much of a cat person, but there is something special about the ones that do that crazy purr, and must find their way up to your shoulder to be close to their humans face.
This will be a absolute monster car when its done 🔥 keep going this will be sick 👍
i binge watched all your videos a while ago and now i’m like „no! please continue! it can’t be over yet!“ every time i watch new episodes. can’t get enough. i‘m not really into widebodies but i think i would watch almost anything if you’re building it. i definitely like the way you’re working and i’m happy youtube recommended one of your videos back then. also.. your animals are adorable! greetings from Austria and thank you for this relaxing and educational non-talking content ❤

Hahaha thank you. I feel like I either get two types of comments, people who are loving the build and don't want it to be over, or people from TikTok who think it takes 10 minutes to build a whole car and that my build is taking way too long haha 🤣
Sta- GTR looking good

Interesting to see yet more methods of mold creation.
You are getting a lot done. Good job man looks killer 👍
Ce travail est juste impressionnant !!! Il y a un vraie maîtrise du sujet en tout cas ! Bravo !
Awesome work as allways👍 Making me wonder if the big body kit makers put this much care into making their parts.
the part where your cat jumped on your back to see what you're doing was adorable
That wagon is coming out so great! I can’t wait to see it done.

Cheers dude. I will say though, man this new tooling resin is huge time saver. I've gone from spending 3+ days laying up molds to being able to get them done in 1, which is huge considering this kit will be 11 moulds, some of them 2 or 3 parts each when it's all finished.

I learnt a hell of a lot from this episode. I won't do anything with that knowledge but its given me much greater insight into fibreglass and mould making. Thanks so much, I subbed and i'm keen to see how this turns out!
Excellent work. Beautiful craftsmanship. It's nice to see someone take their time on their project regardless of youtube!

Oh man this is what youtube was made for 🙌 Superb work
We look forward to your next video. I am supporting you from Japan.
Super precision and detail and a cat!
Beautiful work, so much patience. You wonder why so many aftermarket body parts fit terrible...they probably don't spend 3 months getting them perfect before making the mold :) One thing that helps me remove 3d scan dots is a heat gun...softens the adhesive. If they have been on the surface for a while they are kind of tuff to remove.
I'm not a fibreglass guy, but your videos are certainly tempting me to give it a go.
how informative is this !..Daaang i am learning so much from your videos
keep 'em coming!
Amazing shop cat!! And the build is pretty good too!

This has been very, very satisfying to watch and see the progression. Though, admittedly I've had to mute the hand-sanding parts because my ears can't take it lol. But yeah I can't wait to see what comes next and how this one finishes! Also also please send headpats to your catto!

Thanks mate. It helps when you've got to break these massive projects to always break them up into pieces, anybody with a project car will tell you that. So rather than think to yourself, "I've got to make an 11 piece widebody kit, and produce moulds for the whole thing, then make it all again out of fiberglass" you have to just go "ok, today I'm just tackling the rear half of the rear flare." It's just a good tip for projects in general when they seem daunting as it helps you keep focused on doing a good job on each part rather than skipping ahead or rushing and being left with a product at the end that you're not proud of.

@@TofuAutoWorks Merely complementing your eye for detail and unwavering pursuit of perfection.
Awesome stuff. That sharp edge near the door you said you would make in 2 parts am I correct? How will you do the other part and piece it together??
@TofuAutoWorks
8 ай бұрын
Split flanges for a 2 piece moulds. The same as what I did for the original moulds for the front fenders. The moulds will be made in multiple pieces and bolted together while the finished part is laid up inside, and then the mold is unbolted to get the finished part out. It's going to be a little tricky to lay glass that deep into a sharp corner when making the part, but it's almost always easier to make a part in one piece than make two pieces and join them together.

@@TofuAutoWorks oo ok. I'll definitely be rewatching a lot of the videos on this build. I'm kinda thinking for my civic sedan I kinda Wana do it like the skyline sedan kits and start at the front edge of the back doors and widen it as it tapers to the rear and round it back down at the back with some pandem styling like your doing. And the front kinda like the civic hatch pandems but with 2 vent slots on back of the fenders with the jdm markers on the raised part between the vents and have the fronts taped down more like your doing with the bumper caps and I wana tie into some custom made side skirts as well that taper back like the rear fenders will.
Hi! Very nice work !! Question : which guntip do you use to spray the red tooling gelcoat? Thanks.
