In addition to Restorative Yoga, she is trained in Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She lives in Denver, Colorado, USA, with her husband. Their papillon dog Willow (in many videos) passed away in February 2020.

I'm confused! I read the study you provided and it says something different than what you taught. Am I reading this wrong, in relationship to your script? The study says, " The pranayama was then performed through the unblocked left nostril in a calm and regular manner with a conscious effort to use low, mid and upper parts of the lungs in a sequential manner for both inspiration and expiration. Subjects were instructed to breathe in and out for an equal count of 5 that was given by the instructor throughout the period in tune with a stopwatch. A regularity of counts at the rate of 6 breaths/min (BPM) was maintained by the instructor for the entire duration of nearly 5min taken to complete 27 rounds of CN." Your numbers were a count of 4 and alternating nostrils (inhaling left and exhaling right). Can you clarify?

ive been under so much stress i dont want to bother writing it out but im just holding so much in i got like to the ear lobes and just started crying it reminds me of a time in my life that i was deeply unhappy as well and was smudged and had some strange release
I hope you continue to find outlets that feel safe and supportive to release what’s building up inside. Sometimes these moments take us by surprise, but it’s good for the body to let ourselves express these emotions rather than keep them in.
