Powerful Grounding Yoga Practice to Calm Your Thoughts
This grounding yoga practice will help you calm your thoughts so you can feel more centered and at ease. Yoga is a system of taming the fluctuations of the mind, the mental chatter that tries to convince us that we are anything other than the unchanging, peaceful space within. Through gentle yoga asana, pranayama, and mudra we'll release anxious and restless energy in order to experience a more grounded body and mind. Turn inward with me to rediscover this space, and be sure to grab a bolster or blanket.

I’m so honored. I’ve been trained in trauma-informed yoga therapy techniques so perhaps that’s where there’s some overlap. ❤️
Caren, this is such a beautiful, calming practice. Thank you so much. I return to this video over and over. And recommend it far and wide!! 😊

Much love back to you, Sharon! Nice to hear how this went for you. 🙏🏻
Caren, this is one of the most effective yoga practices I did before sleep. My heart chakra area (lungs and heart) has been seriously blocked since COVID started. As a result, I suffered lots of shoulder and upper back pain. The movements in this practice really help to open my heart chakra and relieve the pain. I'd appreciate more practice targeting this area!
