Nervous System Reset Meditation for Balance 15 Minutes "I receive/I release"
Practice this 15-minute guided meditation to reset your nervous system with a calming breathing technique and yogic hand gesture that promotes balance. You may be seated or lying down to practice this guided meditation and no prior experience is necessary. You'll hold Vyana Vayu Mudra (from the yogic tradition) while you are guided in a breath visualization. If visualization isn't helpful for you, instead you may repeat the words "I receive, I release." Return to this meditation whenever you're seeking balance in mind, body and spirit.
