Ahhh I can’t tell you how good this is! How does this not have more views?! It’s amazing! Last night I couldn’t sleep so I tried a bunch of different breathwork & meditation videos. Nothing worked nearly as well as this did! I’ll definitely be coming back to it during periods of insomnia 🥰

I did this after one of your short yoga flows and I really feel a shift in state. Less stressed and striving, "not good enough" and more accepting of what is. Very grateful. I am loving your work and it feels important for me - I may try the 12 day challenge next
