Perfect way to start my Sunday morning, which in our home we consider a day of rest. I naturally wake between 6 and 6:30 every day and do some sort of meditation this was a lovely start before the chaos of being a mom of 4 begins.

Thank you for your Sunday newsletter. It so resonated so much for me. I am in my mid 70’s now but once upon a time I was a banker and then a yoga teacher. I was so lucky to train in the whole concept of yoga not just asanas but alas that is not so popular now. Thank you for giving us all so much joy with your practices 🙏

When I did alternate nostril breathing, I was able to visualize one side easier than the other side. Is that common? Is my body trying to tell me something? Thank you for another wonderful video🎉
