Excellent thanks now subscribed!
Beautiful- I am recovering from years of depletion on all levels. I could do all of these poses and relax into physical pain I have. The last pose so relaxing. I have a hard time relaxing, so I will come back for more of this practice. Thank you Caren 🪷

A lovely restorative practice. Thank you so much for sharing. I like the idea of adding legs up the wall before Savasana. 🙏🏼

Less sensory input is a great gift to give and receive. ❤️
Thank you for another great practice. I was able to quiet my mind by the last pose today. Would you have advice on how to quiet your mind sooner during the practice? Thanks again!

That’s fantastic! Sometimes it just takes time, depending on what you have going on. Paying more attention to the breath might work some days, others not. I would consider what you think the underlying factors are, and see if some of those could shift before you come to the mat. ❤️
