This restorative yoga for the throat chakra class - the 5th chakra known as Vishuddha - will help you bring awareness and acceptance to where you're not speaking your truth, letting yourself be heard, or using your speech in a way that is of benefit for all beings. The fifth chakra surrounds the area of the throat, mouth, tongue, and shoulders and is known as the gateway between the lower and upper spiritual chakras. Grab a few restorative yoga props like blankets and a bolster and let's settle into asana, pranayama, and mudra to nourish the throat chakra.
