Choose this 10-minute morning yoga flow to open to positivity and awaken energy for the day ahead. To help you move through feelings of stagnancy or being stuck (physically, mentally, or emotionally), we'll practice poses and pranayama that are mindfully sequenced to boost energy and peace of mind. We begin with something different than traditional sun salutations, then stretch through the hips and shoulders before finishing with Breath of Joy and a brief savasana.     This is a very specific request. While I create videos for free on KZread for a general audience, your request is something I might only do in a paid private session environment - but even then, those sessions are focused on yoga therapy rather than creating class flows.
