I’ve been taught to also fill the hole with water so the dry soil does not wick the water away from the plant.
For the gates, have you thought about having screen cloth made to fit? They use them on tennis courts and they look very nice with an exclusive finished look to it.
Going to look Amazing🤗👍 Love Sue❤❤❤🇬🇧❤❤❤
Beautiful 🌹🌹💐🌹🌹hope Edd gets better soon 🤗🍀 Love Sue❤❤❤🇬🇧❤❤❤
I wish my renting the passion project would have worked out. ❤
Hi Karen , maybe next time x This is the website for the future www.bordeauxlifevilla.com We got it ready just before you arrived in Bordeaux but you had booked the other place x However it is all good now 😘
👍🏻
Anna needs to buy you some loppers for the thick branches and a tree saw, so you can get a clean cut. Such an amazing Wisteria.
So glad that you had lots of helpers. Those bushes will be beautiful when they get established. Thank you so much for sharing.
So much of France is collapsed, ruined, abandoned. The idiocy of revolution, collapsed politics and society, then a century of failure in war destroyed a functioning society, and this, across France, is the dry bones of a rotted corpse.
Beautiful.🌼🌼🌼
What are the plants name please Ed 😊
Viburnum opulus
Yes Ed, the Doublefile (Spicebush) viburnum will grow 6 ft tall and 6/8 foot wide if unpruned. You should always water in all plants (trees and shrubs) so they settle into their new growing environment.
Where is your garden hose nozzle? Viburnum are VERY forgiving of soil types as long as it “well drained”. Warning however! Spicebush (snowball) Viburnum are being destroyed by Viburnum leaf beetles here in USA.
I didn’t catch the name of these hydrangeas? They’re going to look beautiful when full grown.
Nice times to hang on to with the wonderful kids, family and friends saludos ❤ 👋🏽
Good to hear laughter and see smiles. Lovely plants. ❤
Hydrangeas are an excellent choice. ❤❤❤
Welcome back Ed! I was starting to worry that the squatters had got you!
Hi Edd and Anna, Glad Edd is feeling better. Those are some beautiful snowball plants! It's lovely to see Emma and Charles and your Patreons helping out.
Beautiful hand-tied bouquet! I love the tones of gray, cream, white, & green. TY for sharing.
You found the supports for the top cabinet. How wonderful!
So nice to see you feeling better Ed!!
Good show, it's nice that the children had fun, thanks.
I hope you're ear gets better, I know how it feels; I've had problems like that too, it's not pleasant.
No string line to make sure they are even??? You guys are slipping, haha
We put them in a zig zag pattern
So glad to see you guys again. Please film wedding prep, too.
Great idea for the gate: we use a green or black water proof fabric to screen yards in the US. Perhaps they have something like that in France?
The snowball plante look amazing but when they loose their leaves they look dead.i suppose you will be closed for winter by then they will come good later and be ready for your next season
They are ever green - not hydrangeas
Hi, was Darren the apprentice Hired or Fired? Great to see the team planting at the passion project. Martin and i had a good giggle over the antics, glad to see Kay giving sound advice and was Stephanie trying to hide again. Loved the fished job.
Such a lovely video; your children are delightful, Edd is looking much better and you had patrons helping! Perfect!
So, how many Englishmen and Englishwomen does it take to plant the bushes??? Hmm!
👍
I can envision a big beautiful grand Gazebo between those trees by the pool. How lovely would that be? Love the flowers.
Nice to have you back Ed, good thing about the ear, you don`t have to listen to Anna and the kids, teehee, be well my friend.
