I have to admit, when you first purchased this place, I couldn't in my wildest imagination see how it could be transformed into anything habitable. Now, as it comes together, I can see that it will not only be habitable, but absolutely beautiful! You are a visionary!!!

It's hard not to doubt sometimes but next time you'll go into an Edd project with the the mindset "how's he gonna do that", and it's rather illuminating on a whole new level of believing in 6 impossible things before breakfast!! 🤣😁🤪❤️❤️

Ed, I couldn’t imagine this place as being Anything but a dump when you Revealed it! But, knowing that your taste for the ‘finer things’ I’m getting excited now. I sure hope the surrounding area will follow suit. You and Anna are trendsetters ❤
Louis, May God Bless you and your new business.
Edd, so glad you will keep the exposed stone interior walls. Definitely too gorgeous to cover up. The Townhouse will be warm enough or cool enough in Winter and summer.
Louis, so cute! Love the opening 😂
Absolutely love Louis ❤❤ 🫢🤣🤣😂 He will be missed by many on here 😢 but we know he will do well in his new adventure cause we will support him from a far ❤❤ Ps all is looking good and coming along great 👍🥹💝
I love how patient Edd is with Louie. He’s teaching him valuable building skills. Good job Louie! 🎉
Looking so good Edd ... This is going to be so nice. Love the stone walls ... So glad Louie is helping you! All the best.

Edd and Anna, Thank you for taking us along on your builds. I’ve really enjoyed watching. You both are very talented. And Louie…you make me smile. Best to all.
My folks were from Quebec and settled in the States. We only spoke French at first but, once school started, we kids migrated more and more to 'mixed' conversation. Eventually, the folks spoke French, and we responded in English. I get such a kick out of your channel. It throws a lot of memories at me ;)

I too enjoy seeing how well my French has stuck with me. Being from the Quebec/ Ontario border and learning French in school I’m amazed at how much I understand ❤🇨🇦
It's coming on leaps and bounds now Ed. Really taking shape now and can imagine where everything is going to be now. Louis and you get on so well , great banter between you!
You all make me smile which is a good thing in this otherwise odd world we live in. Thank you. Xx❤😊
That orange gadget is clever. How that building was in the beginning is fast becoming a distant memory.
Ed your experience really shines through on this house. So glad you Anna and Louis have been brave to take it on.
Great decision to keep the stone exposed, it just adds so much. I like the plastic protection on your floors, it makes sure that you don't end up with a huge mess that could destroy the new floors. Great progress again.👍
I love the kabitzing between Louis and Ed: a lot of love and respect there. Louis is going to be sorely missed 😢😢😢😢 when he leaves to run his hat shop. All the best with your hat shop, Louis. I wish you every success in your new career. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🇨🇦🇨🇦
I love those rock walls. They are so beautiful.
I agree. The stone walls are too beautiful to cover.
Watching this reno has been amazing. I could never envision it.
Louis is adorable
Looking great Edd and Louis 👏👏thank you Anna for your hard work videoing. Look forward to seeing you again soon 💝🥰👏👏 love the vlogs
It’s looking like a nice house Edd and your apprentice Louis is a great help!!! He’s learning so much and has a good attitude. xx
On my last house I did all the plasterboarding of the ceilings exactly as you have. The specialist who came in to skim them all pointed out that I had done it wrong! Apparently you're supposed to stagger the boards to avoid having lots of long joints lines. These are more prone to crack as the house moves and the humidity changes through the seasons! On a more positive note I love watching you're this program. Your progress is incredible to see.
I came here for the reno & I stay here for the reno, but your friendly banter takes it to another 'bonus' level. Thank you E, A & L 🙏 for putting a smile on my face.
Glad to Louis up and around and his normal happy self. Great progress.
I just love your movies, thank you. Louis is becoming so proficient in English, C'est bon! You are all so sweet, act like brothers / sisters! Anna is such a good Coordinator and manager guys.
Wow, a ceiling! Luigi is a natural under your tutelage, Edd! ❤Anna, you are the best!❤
Good to see Louis taking his rightful place as Boss ;)
Glad you're keeping some of the stone walls they're lovely ❤
Everybody loves some Louis!!
Your ability to envision, collaborate and produce something almost from nothing is amazing, and it is surely a joy to watch! Added bonus is that you all are funny, too 😂❤.
Really starting to take shape now Ed, will look amazing as you progress hats off to you how you’re turning this wreck of a building into a gorgeous place 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Looking great! One tip: With the plasterboard please stagger them so there is no large seam. It will crack otherwise.
even without the windows the space is already looking brighter with a white ceiling.
I love the walls. I had accepted that they were going to have to be covered and I’m so very glad that I was wrong.
You are doing a wonderful job Ed. You can buy left handed snips you need a tool sponsor 😊
Louie ❤
Louie and Edd have a fun relationship with a lot of teasing and cheekiness. A lot of progress is happening behind the scenes between each video. So far so good!
I agree left handed tools you would think by now they would make them. I hope someone will sponsor you :) I think everything is going very well and soon enough you will be done this project. Glad you decided to do the 2 1/2 bed or rooms. I am curious to see what Anna selects for colour and design as well. I look forward to one day Edd and Anna teaching Emma and Charles how to do this if they wish to follow in their footsteps of running Lagorce and building :) Luis is a great study of the trades and Edd a very patient teacher :) always pays to have more than one skill and his being a creative soul is a bonus.
Hard to belief you did all of that work in such a short time. Hugs from NY
Louie is getting so cheeky. Loving it.
I can’t believe how light and airy the place is now when you first bought it it was so dark and dingy!! The walls upstairs look fantastic! Well done! I admire people who have such vision and can see the potential in things
Edd tarped the floor!!!
With drywall, you should stagger the joints instead of putting full sheets side by side, kind of like a brick wall. It creates a wall, or in this case a ceiling, less likely to crack. Also it might help if you get a long straight-edge to mark where the battens are before you hit it with screws. It's all going to be painted later anyway
Two drills ? Its time Louie was given his own !
Honestly, Edd and Louis make a GREAT team! 👍😊👍 Great filming, as well, Anna! 🫶✨️🌟🫶
From the beginning I thought why would you even think of fixing this awful mess. But it is coming right along and will be so nice!!!❤
So pleased you are keeping the beautiful walls
Edd and Anna, would you consider putting picture rails on some of those handsome stone walls so your tenants can hang art without damaging the walls if they want something heavier than stick-on picture hooks might support? You've come a long way since you introduced us to this derelict property.

You two are so funny you have right cheered me up enjoy your lunch break Louie Anna and l will keep an eye on ed you know he slacks when you are not around 😂love you three ❤❤❤
They sell left-hand tools here in the States. Very reasonably priced too.😊
You're doing a good job there Edd & Loui & thank you Anna for doing all the camera work 😀
Can't say I am a fan of exposed stone or brick inside a house, but You Do You. I live in a much colder place than Southern France and I like everything to be warm to the touch!
Oh Louie u are soooo cute!!! Great job guys!!
Thankyou for sharing another wonderful vlog. I do not know about a tool sponsor but todays vlog wasn’t sponsored by Calvin Klein as it seems someone forgot to wear them 🫢😂🤣 Thankyou for leaving your tools on the floor 😉😂🤣😘😘😘
Looking great Ed. Louis is a great apprentice and great camera work from Anna. All a team effort to get this place renovated. So exciting to see it take shape now! ❤
I can hardly wait until the windows are in 😊

I only wish we’d of had one of those plasterboard hoist when I built my house forty years ago. All we had was a big tear…. Oh my, my husband eventually trusted me to put the screws in, I’m not guaranteeing they were as straight as Louis💕😊
We very much appreciate the speeding through the rote work and your careful framing of the detailed work! C’est bon!
Thanks for another nice segment. I love Louis.❤ Besides being adorable, he can be very funny. He can't help himself. All he has to do is stand there and talk.😊😂
Ed & Anna, can you put a type of Osmo on the brick so it's not so dusty?? Incredible walls. Love them. Blessings & hugs ❤

I'm so glad to hear the interior walls will be exposed. I do wonder about the few places where there is staining. I think they were where fireplaces had been.
Its coming along nicely 👍🏻
Looking great! Still miss all the flowers Anna! 💐
