👉 Eeeek - - did I hear you say that the "little room" where the washing machine will be is NOT going to be heated ??? Where I lived in Victorville, the washer dryer was in the garage. The excess heat/cold seasonally in the high desert made using the utility an event that had to be planned around the weather conditions. Oh well, I suppose you didn't have a choice and the resident can always plug in a space heater if it's really cold. (ps - RIGIDITY is a word.) 😊

It`s coming along real nice steady Eddy, we got screwy Louie on the camera, Ed you don`t have to explain everything you are doing to us, it is quite obvious building codes in France and the U.S.A. are quite different, so be it. When I am working with rough wood I will wear gloves, but otherwise they drive me crazy when I am using a screwgun or hamering nails, demolition always, but I like to feel things with my hands. Keep the videos coming Ed, it`s nice to see things moving forward and the demo work done, take care guys.
