I thought u were going to say u wer going to buy it as your next project??
Wow! There's enough books in there to fill Billy Pethrick's new library.
Edd has great ideas.
I worked for Mark and Spencer years ago in the homeware department and we had a French provincial range and we did photography for the catalogue and the props team actually carved from polystyrene and decorated a full sized fireplace like the one in this kitchen it was stunning and so believable
Although my wish was to travel the world I ain't got the money so I'm so happy to watch your show it makes me feel like I'm traveling
I love it❤❤❤. Its going to make a beatuful home for someone. I wish you could do it, Ed.
I love the idea of the patio off kitchen area for outdoor dining in summer with the pool!! Yes, buy it Ed!!!!
Hi Ed. I pretty much agree with everything you said. I would buy it in a heartbeat if I had $1.3mil. It has so much potential. I could go in there and make it look very glamorous and the property would look like a magnificent garden. Thanks for showing the property Ed. In fact it’s exactly what I would be looking for if I was planning on moving to France tomorrow.
You’re a visionary Edd! I like the way you think, I see it too! Love the property, love the potential!
I think it’s wonderful that you promote estate agents to help put them in touch with potential buyers. You do a great job of showing the different properties. I enjoy it very much. Thank you.
What a lovely place Edd and Anna .thankyou for showing us😘😘
Buy it Ed & Anna! Would love to see you guys renovate this one too! It deserves you and your expertise!
Thank you for showing this house, it's beautiful.
Nicely situated, not to large, dry & structurally sound, workable/adjustable floorplan, services available to branch off of... what gets me is there are good on-site but private living options. Great eye, Edd & Anna, for picking up on this. Someone is going to get a fantastic investment property or long term living with options for extended family. I REALLY like this. 👍👍thx for sharing
I see Bordeaux posts a video.... I run to watch lol I love the idea of Ed and Anna "romeo and julieting" in the balcony! ♥ Oh yes... the private patio by the kitchen exit with some plants and pots, and a nice sitting area The nicho sculpture is indeed beautiful! That was cute the kitty came to greet visitors! :) wow.... what a place! Thank for showing it!
Thank you! I do the same as Edd. I reimagine places inside and out automatically. Oh! And….I see there are more old lace curtains in the windows. 🤭

Wow, thanks guys. Someone could be very lucky to buy this beautiful property. Thank you for showing us around. Love to you both K🇬🇧❤️
Very lovely. Thank you all very much! 💞😊👍
Thank you for the tour. Love seeing houses. The nicest thing for me are both of the entrances and the amount of land. The rest… weeeeell, have seen better listings for that sales price in better condition. It will be a hard one to sell, but I do hope it finds a loving and caring owner.❤️

I agree!. I think it has small rooms and I see alot of black mould on walls and ceilings. PRICEY 1.3 MIL € This mansion I'm sure was VACANT FOR MORE THAN 20 YRS...ID SAY 40YRS THE GRAND STAIRCASE IS THE MOST IMPRESSIVE, BUT I DONT SEE IT AS A GOOD INVESTMENT FOR EDD & ANNA. I MAYBE WRONG BUT ITS OVERPRICED. 2 FLOORS AND GARAGE ALL NEED ALOT OF RENO.😮
That statue is beautiful. Its a lovely looking place. Love the duel stair entrance. Great size. If only I had the readies
You have some amazing ideas for this property. I love the way your mind thinks. One good Lotto win, and I may take it.
Oh wow I could only dream of owning that beautiful property ❤
Edd and Anna, thanks for sharing this. It is a lovely property with tons of potential. I can imagine that old building torn down and a lovely greenhouse put in there. Good luck to the seller.❤
Be careful Anna sounds like he’s in buying mode again 😂😂
Oh my, I love this mansion and I love your ideas for redesigning! Gosh, think what you could do with this!!!
What an awesomely beautiful Chateau. Love the lady statue!!! You all could make this Mansion awesome. Love Edd's ideas ...
Beautiful property with a lot of potential.
Fabulous Edd. X 😊
Edd and Anna mansion tour guides. This place has so much potential. Lots of renovations to be done. What a beautiful opportunity. Good luck to whoever takes on or buys the property. Until next time. Please, take care and stay safe. Love ya 🥂❤️🙏🌈👍😇🌹🇺🇸🌞🕊
Hi Edd, I agree that there should be a beautiful terrace outside the kitchen and dining room. I find the house charming. I would restore the upstairs and add a bathroom in one of the bedrooms, remove the tenants and turn the tenants area into a large main bedroom and en-suite bath, and a laundry room. I would add the formal staircase back into the front hallway and up to the center hall area. I wouldn’t destroy the old integrity of the house. I love the old nooks and crannies, chips and quirks. That’s what for me makes it charming. xx
If I had money... and wanted to live in France... that is a lovely place.... such potential. I could see a nice patio there... and maybe a deck or terrace above... you could walk out on and sit... I love it... the niche is nice and that statue is lovely. And I rather liked that mirror in the corner room upstairs... If I had that kinda money I would love to have such a place... though I really would want something that looked a bit more... um... like a castle. But that's me. My dream would be something more castle-like with a weeping willow... and a stream or a pond... but unless I get super lucky and win the lottery that isn't likely to happen.
Fun yet quirky place. The statue I think is Diana the Huntress missing her bow
Love the property ,it is not too big and overpowering and has a pretty and cosy feel about it I adore the windows ....wonder if they could be restored and double glazed? If only .............
I love big long windows😊
It def needs some work, that exterior stair makes me think the living areas where on the 1st floor & bedrooms down. I’d be game to buy it if that 2nd house wasn’t there & a lot less land, my dog & I wouldn’t need all that. Thanks for sharing guys! Cheers Kirk
Ed seems quite excited. I wounder 😊
Shame the Family isn't interested in fixing and keeping it. Great investment possibility though.
The upstairs rooms are more highly finished than the ground floor. I would leave the dining room and kitchen as situated, and have the principle bedroom/bath on the other side of the hall on the ground floor. Put a front and back parlor on the Piano Nobile, with a library/guestroom with bath opposite. Use the upstairs vestibule for the main entrance.
Thanks

Thank you so much 😘😘
Thankyou for sharing another wonderful vlog. You really must go into renovating with a clear mind and a vision. Now mentioning a vision Edd on the balcony serenading 😉😉😂🤣😘😘😘
It has a lovely peacfull vibe Not huge Bht would make a great family home xxxx
🐝🐝 I thought I saw a bee buzzing in your bonnet Edd, looks like a great rental project. Not nearly as entailed as the abandoned structure. Oh yes, reworking walls but they don’t have to be done right away. 🐝🐝
Anna, serious question, is it a bit challenging to keep up with that long stride of his and is that stride always Man on a serious mission watch out or does it occasionally slow to an actual relaxed stroll?? 🤣🤣❤️ Gotta luv the Guy!! Wonderful vlog 😊🥰 you two together never fail to make me 🥰🥰😄❤
What a hidden gem of a home. It has so much potential.
Love this château, especially the extra house! Thanks for the tour.
I agree, knock down the walls upstairs and start again. It's a rabbit warren!
I have watched this twice so in love ❤️ I like better than the other place your doing up at the min ... but I think it will be lovely , this is a fairy tail house
Man that is a nice house. I'm always surprised that GEMS are just forgotten. The history would be a boon to follow
Looks Fab 👍🏴
Wish you guys could redo this mansion 🎉❤😊 Would love to see your ideas come to life!!!
Beautiful place for sure!
This is a lovey mansion and the grounds are beautiful. I like the ideas Edd has about renovating this mansion and property. The mansion seems to have really good bones. The outbuildings and rental suite offers great business opportunities. I love the spiral staircase in the rental suite. Thank you both for showing us the lovely property. On another note, I love your new logo!
What a wonderful property. Thanks for the tour 😍😘
Great place! Would love to see what you could have done with this! Any chance? Of course after you finish your current project.
Lovely place a lot of work thanks for sharing ❤
These property tours are great. We don’t have buildings like this in Australia.
Ed and Anna "Romeo and Julieting" on the balcony, that would be a good scene! I love the idea of the patio. This place has a lot of potential. When Ed said he was going to show Anna a property, I thought when you drove up the drive to the mansion, Ed's done it again he has bought this property. Thanks for showing the property Ed and Anna.
Stunning landscape and property, great potential for someone with some money to invest. Thanks for sharing.👍
Thanks for taking us along. Potential for rental income already in place. You both would do a nice job here.
How refreshing to have this kind of video. You talk from a very informed position. This could be amazing. Thank you.
I love it Ed and Anna, can we get it?
In this instance I think that Ed has a point about reducing the size of the driveway & opening the kitchen up onto the garden. I'd remove the wall between the kitchen and what appears to be the adjacent current small dining room to create a much a much larger and more functional modern kitchen-diner but NOT the wall Ed suggested as this would further reduce the utility of the kitchen. Instead, the wall in the current dining that faces onto the entrance hallway that is made of brickwork should be removed as it appears to have been filled in at some point in the past judging by what appears to be on old lintel, should be removed to provide quick easy access to both the main entrance hall and the salon off of it. Doing so would gain the additional benefit of being able to quickly & easily unload groceries from the car into the kitchen, something that's often missing in many homes, even modern ones. Extrapolating out from the suggestion of having a terrace onto the garden, I'd remove the (entire) ground floor wall of the newly created kitchen-diner, install the necessary support lintels, and opt for french doors to remain in keeping with the character of the house despite my heart's desire to use bifold doors instead. Whilst I'm a true believer in historic architectural preservation, I don't necessarily think that all buildings should be preserved in aspic. A historic estate in Scotland, I think it was, had the benefit of Prince Charles's patronage when it came to restoration and renovation but, crucially, as he pointed out, the place just needed to find a new function in the modern world in order to give it a new purpose - or words to that effect. As far as I know, he saw to it that it gained just that and is now a training centre for people wanting to gain historic buildings preservation skills amongst other things and if memory serves me correctly, it's mainly aimed at young people. Far too many people, especially historic preservation organisations, are obsessed with pickling things in aspic to the point that those properties, buildings, gardens, water features etc, just aren't considered viable projects in the modern world by potential would-be restorers, ending up falling into obscurity and total ruin & lost completely to future generations, yet those same preservation nuts moan and whinge like mad about the sheer size of the At Risk Register..... idiots!!!
Geez! Ed You could have a career change as a Real Estate Agent your pretty on point giving us a guided tour of the Chateau on sale, and Anna the Camera man/ assistant. Oh hope someone snaps this up a multi skilled tradesman and his wife would be nice. It’s awesome has so much potential. Love the upstairs niche with the beautiful lady statue.
This place has so much potential...❤ it vould look so beautiful
That statue is great, Ed.
I love that 18 century château that you and Anna went to before that would’ve been a great project for you guys. I was in the middle secluded area.❤
The statuary and niches are so lovely
Thank you for sharing 😊
Okay.....You HAVE to buy this house! Your vision is perfect for it. The amoire on the 2nd floor is beautiful and the statue is stunning!! Beautiful property. I would make the wooden house a greenhouse. Make a beautiful walkway to it and put a small table and chairs in the center with all the plants around-only in my dreams😅!
i love these videos of properties :)
I can see the potential. Lovely surroundings. This place could be spectacular if you wanted to put the money into it.😊
so much potential in this house! so many things to love about it!

Not likely for them. They have one waiting to rent out and another in the works.
Love your insight and advice.
Such a beautiful building.
I wouldn’t call it a mansion 😊but it certainly could be lovely with a hell of a lot of work and money. I like your ideas Edd sounds like you have thought it through. Lots of beautiful wardrobes that looked like they would be worth saving. It was lovely to see it
You could make this place stunning.
Great vlog and a lovely project for someone! Let's hope it is snapped up soon.
I would use the area behind the niche where the stairs were to put in a powder room ( just a toilet and sink)
I loved it! It would be perfect for your family!
Wow… thank you so much for taking us to this property.. lots of potential ❤… loved it 😊🎉
Beautiful place❤😊
