Who in the world would abandon a beautiful home like this ? It's really sad how life is! This place is amazing. I pray 🙏 for the people who lived here. I wish them the best in life.

I agree, lots of wasted space. Rooms so large, hard to decorate! Poorly planned. Hard to turn into upscale resort or BB because no bathrooms with the few bedrooms. Large areas could have been for dining! Great theatre. Nice fireplaces! Work out room was a BIG joke! Again, no bathroom to turn into large suite. The garages and guest house, again not planned well. If one turned into resort with tennis courts, pool and spa, manager could have lived in guest house. It is all a messy monstrosity as you said.

Clearly used as a business property that didn’t pay well. No one puts no smoking signs up in a personal home or illuminated exit signs or fire extinguishers on the walls like that. And clearly not occupied for a while but definitely being maintained the grass alone wasn’t long which is sign someone is watching out the property

Love that intro music. Yes sir, slow pimping up that driveway.
I need this property, tear down the property completely rebuild. Can’t get any better than $1.6M for 43 acres
Man you can have your entire family live in this house and still have room!!! Still a beautiful piece of property!!!👍🏿👍🏿

Great video
Crazy! I was just talking about this place the other day.
(Ok my final guess is this was a luxury rehab) Nothing about this says the comfort of happy home... more a luxury resort, impress the public, cold feel. Definately not a private home. Exit signs enhance that commercial conference centre feel, & finding multiple bunk beds in such a mansion is really 'did a cult live here' kinda strange lol. Also sense a middle eastern layout feel so who knows, they might have been for servants quarters. What you call a 'guesthouse' near the barns is most likely the ranch operation manager's home (they used to be called hired hands house) & seperate quarters over the garages, near back/side entrance to the main building, are likely housing for employees. Would love to know the history!

Wow❤What the Beautiful Place🥰🥰
1.6 million?!?! If this was in California it would be 20 million and all the furniture would've been stolen, windows smashed and homeless people using the pool as a toilet.
With so many homless men women and children this is truly a sad display of wealth when some have so little

A lot of people would already have destroyed it especially the homeless they don't care a lot of them are just too lost or in drugs and just are mentally ill not getting the help they need just as the Lord said we're only going to have Jesus for a moment but we're always going to have the homeless the sick the tired the poor. We could all try to help but in reality how much can we really help?????

1.5 million is a steal, you can't get a few acres of bare land for that much here in CA. same house and land would cost 30-50 million here easy.

Definitely! I live in Northern California, and for 1.5 million, you can get a 4 bedroom house with no front yard, and barely any backyard. Lol! It's ridiculous here! I agree with you 100%!

Club Euphoria Just one of the many reasons I would not consider California as a place to live.
What a hell was going on in that weird property,in some rooms no floors or carpeting, like they cleaned it after a crime...
WOOO,now that is property when the drive way has its own intersection
I would love to live in a big beautiful home but this mansion is way to big for me!! I would feel so lonely living here...

It was meant to be a shared space with conference, parties, or hotel like setting yet really not the usual bedrooms.. more like retreat or rehab by the bunk beds. Foster kids? It really didn't look kid friendly
It would have been nice to see the area above the garage and inside of the guest house.
That place was so big. I damn near fell asleep. Wow!
Beautiful home I love a mansion 👍👍👍👍❤🇺🇲
This has to be one of the worse designs Ive ever seen. I seriously don't think they put enough columns in the house (sarcasm) especially in the foyer haha!

It's like a Sim house... You get achievement by having a large number of columns... Damn be the design it's about quantity not quality.. Lol
I would buy this so quickly, fix it up and have horses and a barn! This was so cool!
It's so Beautiful
This theme music is classic now 👍👍👍
To me it looks as if it was some kind of business before because of the exit signs and the way it is set up and the guest house may have been the caretakers house. So this place could be a private home or business or even both. Beautiful.

Hi Jane. Yes, it was a luxury rehab place for drug and alcohol. And I think you're right about the guest house as well. This place can be repurposed as a bed and breakfast getaway place. It's in a great location and close to lakes and casino too. Thanks for watching and commenting ❤️. It's greatly appreciated. Take care and have a great evening!
What a crying 😭 shame and such a waste 😕

Beautiful house.
How could someone abandon something so beautiful 👍🏾
This would be a great investment turn this into a grand hotel with a massive pool and a mini mall or a restaurant, if you have tastes on designing this area it will be worth buying for.
I will plant flowers and vegetables everywhere...my dreamhouse

Vegetable gardens all over, grape vines...muscadines and scuppernoggs...peach trees, fig trees, pear trees, plum trees...blueberry, raspberry, and BlackBerry bushes, and strawberries...I see the big dream, just pray for it to be the reality with a farmer's market and a Harvest kitchen to feed the homeless...
Wow. This would make a nice air bnb. Very nice.

Beautiful. I can imagine all its potential. Blows my mind. It would be awesome to have the privilege of restoring such a grande estate to all it's glory.

This place screams new money(oil) with bad taste, but I agree it could be made to look decent with a qualified architect.
Wow!
