Pretty home, inside and out. No clutter, the plaster work and windows look great. The balcony view to the late is nice and hanging wires for the laundry make it very convenient.

Very nice house to purchase for a vacation place.

As a single man in his late 30’s that would actually be a nice home for me. And compared to America its very affordable

All the windows face roofs or open spaces so although it's a narrow hystorycal neighboorhood, you have full privacy everywhere in the house 😁👍 perfect house for a couple or a solo. You could put also some "tent-roof" on the outside and create a beautyfull corner full of plant and flowers, for a cup of tea or so. It's a tiny town of 950 people, this little staircase will never be busy 😂 it's like an extension of your property. I'm italian, i'm sure that the neighboors will be really friendly and exited to have new people come to bring life in their towns and alleys. 🇮🇹🤩

They leave the doors of fridges open when the houses are unoccupied so that it doesn't get a smell.

I’d get lost trying to find my house. I just love all the ally ways over in Europe.

Wonderful property. I wonder if there's a way to check the occupancy percentages in the area for rental properties? 🤔 We are looking for a vacation property to use 3 months out of the year and rent out the rest. Something to pay for itself and then provide revenue for our daughter's college expenses in Europe. This seems a much better option than the Hunting Tower house. Depending on the occupancy rates for the area.🤔👍💰

Within Italy mail is very fast. Often overnight. Better than it was for us in Australia
