Regarding the cameretta - In the United States we would refer to that as a "tandem bedroom" IE a bedroom whose only access is by passing through another bedroom. Another splendid tour, and a lovely home - thank you! I wish I were joining you there in Puglia!! Cheers - Peter

US is disgustingly expensive and overrated, Italy is where the price is right at brain and heart and where country 'doesn't get sold' by greedy boomer with money.
A few other KZreadrs I watch mention that asti area has a smog problem and their air quality is not that good. Worth checking out.

Practically perfect...as an elder stairs are our downfall.. literally... I recently came across your channel and just had to window shop... I'm in the States and unless I win a lottery it's unlikely I'll ever see Europe much less buy any home there... I did like the Hunting Tower and a few others..however they didn't have a name quite as descriptive so I can't say which they were... As many Americans may have told you, it's surprising how affordable the property is... Ah well.. I've taken up too much of your time... continue doing what you love young lady...may God bless and keep you...🌿🌿🌿

Cute little house with gorgeous views, but it’s basically just a bedroom, dining room and small kitchen. No real living room area, but if zoning allows, perhaps the house could be enlarged.

The house is nice. It has a lot of potential and needs a lot of work to be done. The rooms are very spacious which is good. The tiles on the second floor is beautiful it has a lot of character. I like that it has toilet on the ground floor. It would be nice if the wall in the kitchen is possible to tear down so it make more open area. It needs a new paint of course because that pink is screaming 😂 over all nice house plus its within the historical town 👍

I would definitely switch the floors - kitchen & living area upstairs with second eating/entertaining area on the terrace & bedroom with bath downstairs. Needs a real kitchen & change to wood stairs for less noise.

Those micro tub-shower things just get me every time! 😄 It's like an RV tub-shower. I'd rather just have a smaller typical square shower. Would definitely change it. Probably to the same footprint but shower only.
