Hello thank you 😊 yes there is an excellent fish that I love , Trout ! You can also try it with a white fish like code . Tell me how it went , most important thing is that the fish won’t fall a part in the pan . Bon appétit !

Ohhhh thank you ❤ well you could use another cream like rise because it’s the richest but I can imagine it with coconut cream as well , DM me in insta for more and if possible to show me your creation 😊

You're right of course, I will try it but perhaps will be good for dipping bread into....I am not an expert cook but I like to experiment.... I've had to throw some of my experiments away though 😆!!! That's why I love watching your videos...I learn much from you, thank you!!!!
If you add oil to butter it needs to be whipped into it and emulsified I’d do that first then add the truffles.
