Toda taba, the most difficult thing was to make it not very sweet but when it’s getting frozen it looses some of the sweetness luckily😊

@@danascookbook A tea room in the USA, usually means you serve high teas, afternoon teas and full teas. A variety of savory and sweet items with tea. Like an English tea. I had an establishment, like a store, or Cafe but we only served tea and scones and sandwiches and sweets.

For this year's birthday of Natalia at Chateau de Lalande, you brought something with you that Stephanie first called 'galettes aux pommes de terre' and later just 'potato pie'. You told that it was made with a very very creamy camembert. I searched online for a recipe but couldn't find anything that looked like the pie you created. Would it be an idea to make the same in one of your vlogs? I'll certainly subscribe to your channel if you do so. I'm sorry. I now see that I should have watched your other vlogs. This recipe was treated in the one where you show the preparations for the patreon days at Lalande. Thanks. I'll give it a go.

Well you didn’t check out my channel ??it’s was “right here under your nose” as we say in Hebrew I 😂😂😂You can stop looking! I filmed it with the best chef ever the original recipe is with goat cheese but you can change to any other cheese or flavor per exemple I already made it in beurre d’escargot flavor which is a butter we mix with parsley and garlic. @@danascookbook It took me a bit longer to find it because the word 'galette' wasn't in the title of that specific vlog. I believe it was KZread that put the video on top of the list of suggestions for watching other video's. They must have done that based on my Google searches, which makes it a bit creepy. But above all: thank you for sharing this!
