Im in Australia and this bread reminds me of damper, but we put it on a stick and hold it over the fire, then drizzle golden syrup (made by the process of refining sugar cane) over it. And eat it by the fire.

We make Turkey Gumbo with our leftovers. Since Gumbo is from the Cajun people, there must be some equivalent in French food. And throw in a few prawns and oysters if you have them. Yumm!

I start using them because I don’t like the feeling. but for many it’s therapeutic and once I was told that the feeling and sensations are important a lot for children per exemple and for the articulations. with gloves you don’t have them

when you are trying to get the char on delicate foods, you need a narrow nozzle on the blow torch so the flame is spread out as apposed to looking like a rocket flame 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 amaury might know what im talking about, in the trades its often used for peeling paint off of old doors .............
