Hello Dana, if l may be so bold l have a suggestion. When the B&B season is over at the Chateau you could have a weekend cooking course where the guests learn how to prepare and present your wonderful cuisine. Love your videos see you next time.🍾🥂🥐🇭🇲❤️🇨🇵

This is my kind of cooking! Easy steps for the appetizer and using what you already have in the house for unique flavors. Bravo!
In the US…..balsamic cream is called balsamic glaze. I’ve used it (with minced garlic and olive oil) to baste salmon on the grill. It was fabulous! It was the best flavored salmon I ever had and I made it for dinner when we were camping. Thanks Dana for another delicious dish. Can’t wait for the next ones!!! 😋😉🥰🙏

@@sandrabergquist1684 and not to mention…it wasn’t cheap either, but seriously good. Trying something different this year…street tacos with chicken or steak. I make my own version of a packaged taco seasoning. I use cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Mix spices and sprinkle on the meat as it’s cooking. 👍🏻😋😉
That course looks delicious, looking forward to the next one.
Love the Eggplant stacks and the delicious glaze…⭐️

Oooh! So excited! Have eggplant but no smoked trout - but will plunge right in and make do w/what is on hand - tilapia. Thanks Dana!! As caviar is non-existent in local store - will use an olive - as it looks pretty neat and doesn't class w/the other ingredients.
