You'll HAVE to try my EASY to make FALAFEL DIY! This time I'm the guest

Once upon a time in Sitges , Spain, Camilla & Oliver invited us for a visit, just before the BIG BANG of the ‪@MagicalModernistMansion‬ . When I wanted to treat them with diner I was surprised Camilla have chosen of all dishes, my confort favorite dish, Falafels ! I couldn't resist, we all got together the guys behind the cameras and us girls in-front ! What an adventure, special thanks for my dear friends.
It's not the first time I'm making falafels, as I already shared with you in the episode entirely filmed at ‪@TheChateauDiaries‬ “How to make Meze “ 👇👇👇
• Mezze and surprise to ... nevertheless, in the presence of ‪@escapetoruralfrance‬ and ‪@chateaudelamotte-feuilly7812‬ .Nevertheless, I do think that falafels desserves their own episode consecration! Learn how to make homemade falafel. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.

Pro Tip: this can also be made with garbanzo beans and cilantro if you can't get chick peas and coriander.

@@danascookbook Oooh I’ve always been too hungry to think about taking pictures 🤣🤣🤣 but I will next time I go to Golders Green for you Dana - ! I have found this recipe (sorry YT doesn’t allow you to add links) Jodi Kantor from the Jewish Journal - The Great Falafel Question… Very similar to yours. Falafel Time: 1 hour 15 minutes, plus 24 hours for refrigerating chickpeas 11¼ cups dried chickpeas 1¼ cup bulgur wheat 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped 4 scallions, roughly chopped 3 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley 1 teaspoon ground coriander 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon lemon juice 11¼ teaspoons salt 1¼ teaspoon baking soda Freshly ground black pepper Vegetable oil, for deep frying. Or MOSHE’S FALAFEL Cookbook author Joan Nathan included this recipe in her 1998 book Jewish Cooking in America. It comes from Moshe Mizrachi, a Syrian Israeli who emigrated to the U.S. in 1980 and operates a falafel stand in midtown Manhattan. INGREDIENTS 1 cup dried chickpeas 1/2 cup fine bulgur 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley 1 large onion, chopped 1 large egg 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons dried hot red peppers or to taste 2 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon cumin dash of coriander seed soybean or vegetable oil for frying

Baharat is a mixture of différente spices . And the bicarbonate is bicarbonate of soda , if you have baking powder it does the same action, it’s to make the palaces airy like less hard as it’s chickpeas.

@@danascookbookwhat about the Palestinian hostages that have been kidnapped by Israel daily for the last 75 years. Had their land and homes Israel has been committing genocide for 75 years on Palestinians. On October 6th there were 5000 hostages kidnapped by Israel. Everything happens for a reason. It’s sad but israel started it. Now your making Palestinian falafels and pretending it’s Israeli food?! Shameful
