You could have noticed in their video that they came with their friends from England, over for lunch. It was after our visit at the local market where we perches the cheeses and one important ingrediance for my dessert.. . As it's apple season here, I decided to share with them my Apple Strudel pie, most easy recipe to make . What a surprise when Erine, an 8 years old princess, came to my rescue, assisting me and the others with her very deep philosophy of life:)

Recipe :
9 appels
One puff pastry
One egg
caramel :
Sugar
Butter
Vanilla / sugar vanilla
Cinnamon
Decoration :
Cinnamon
Sugar powder
Cocoa
Sesame
Pré heat your oven 200c . Make your caramel, add the appels cut, open your pastry add the caramelized appels, role it . Glaze with the egg, add the decoration you want , put into the oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice-cream 😊
