La Finale at the Chateau???
Last but not least, the third episode (forth if we count the #cheese plater 😜)and finale of the trilogy Gastronomic FullCourse DIY at Chateau de La Land, home of @The Chateau Diaries . Liam made us his sublim version of the famous desert #pavlova .
Pavlova is a meringue-based dessert. Originating in either Australia or New Zealand in the early 20th century, it was named after the Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova.
The dessert is believed to have been created in honour of the dancer either during or after one of her tours to Australia and New Zealand in the 1920s. The nationality of its creator has been a source of argument between the two nations for many years.
You’ll need: For the mango Sirop :
5 Mango 🥭 (or any other season fruit )
400 g of Sugar
300 ml of Water
One Vanilla pod
Cinnamon
For the meringu:
9 Eggs (the white part)
450g of Sugar
The cheese plat, most classic french cheese:
Camembert (Normandy)
Brie (Meaux)
Comté (Auvergne)
Displayed with fruits of the season, bread and peanuts

Love how Liam cooks!!!!❤ Beautiful 😍
Loved the step by step cooking instructions. I have 2 boys and I know sometimes I take over. It's great that you give Liam the time, patience and encouragement. Makes for a better man for the future! Thank you! From Oz🥳👏👏👏🥰🐝🐝🌼🌻
Mango Pavlova is a Christmas staple here in Australia.

Great job on the Pavlova Liam! Thanks Dana and Liam🙏🏻❤️
Ooh mouthwatering good. I love meringue. I’m so impressed with the different languages spoken.
In Australia we would top that with whipped cream and any combination of strawberries, passion fruit, peach slices, mango, raspberries and grated chocolate over the top
OHMYGOD Liam is ADORABLE!!! What a charming young man. More videos with him PLEASE!!!

Such an Australian dessert! LOVE a good pav. And a mango one-VERY Queensland Aussie. 😍😋
My Grandmothers both insisted that if I liked to eat, I should know how to cook! I am no chef, but I do enjoy cooking... and eating! :-) Regardless of the level that Liam chooses, it is great that he knows his way around a kitchen and has such an encouraging Mother to guide him!
💕💕Thank you Dana!! 😍You must be very proud of Liam!!😋😋

Hi Dana and Liam this video brought back wonderful memories of my mum making her family famous Pavlova, she used brown vinegar. Love your Channel🇭🇲🤗
Well done Liam.
Well done Liam .Star chef ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Meringue is intimating, Liam's came out with a tall mound of fluff effortlessly, very impressive! x
Looks delicious! Chef did very well.
I love meringue, one of my favorite treats. Very well done Liam!
That was a great try Liam practice makes perfect😊. I can see you have a flair for cooking keep it up.Just a suggestion, make it stiffer and try not to let it get brown in the oven. The over the head technique follow that it makes the perfect Pavlova and will require less time in the oven to harden. This is how to avoid the browning. It needs to come out pure white. I enjoyed watching you back with your mom thank you for sharing.💕🌈🇨🇦

Fun! Just one suggestion: I’d add a bit of whipped cream on top for appearance and a little extra.🌸 This is a great dessert to teach children how to make. 🌺🌺🌺

Yes thank you , Liam suggested the cream it was his choice not to add it, it’s his version after all 🥰
C'est très bien! My older and only sister used to make cake icing this way! To this day, I cannot endure any other kind of icing...memories of growing up with natural delicious foods. I did make parve Sufganiyot in vanilla and chocolate white-egg icing one year.... I was instantly transported to younger years. Great work Liam-עבודה מעולה ליאם.

Dana .I love the colaboration with Liam on the dessert. I think ,is Liam your Son? while your enjoying the beautiful meals you create at LaLande .I would love for Amuery to have an apprentice to learn the amazing skills he has to pass on. The work he is doing at the Chateau is unique and will be a great learning experience for an individual to build a career. I think Liam might be a good candidate. I am just shooting the breeze here on my couch in Californian. Just wishing all parties to consider the possability, Amuery was tickled by Liams novel location for the spoon while cooking . It was a respect of one craftsman for anothers tips and shortcuts. Think about it.Love your vlog. Keep those coming. Thanks Liam .

Non , he learned bakery Boulanger and a little patisserie 🥰
Great effort Liam..... I would not have changed anything you did except that I would have cooked it at 140C for a longer period (an hour or so) until the colour resembled a pale brown.... other than this, bravo 👏
