BBQ à la plancha / Bastille day and July 4th special
National days have inspired me! Why not preparing an entire meal for you, the traditional BBQ on plancha, it’s a must in summer hot days!
Enough with stereotypes, my BBQ suits to veggies/vegans as much as for meat lovers.
A little treat , my caviar d’aubergine (eggplant caviar )
Most of the vegetables are from my garden 🤗
Again, cooking is a way to travel around the world through spices…
While picking up my spices, I got confused between two of them! But thanks to my mistake, I got a new blend to introduce to you, this time originally from Yemen : the Hawaij
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hawaij

Beautiful you are a ray of sunshine!
Thank you Dana. You are so sweet Am glad all is well in your country for celebrations. Love your channel.
This shows that you love cooking but most of all it shows you love feeding people good food which makes them happy 😊 You are a nurturer. In Canada we call it baba ghanoush that is the baked aubergine dip you made.

I like your freestyle easygoing way of cooking. What is obvious is you love cooking and I think that love translates into your dishes. I love trying all kinds of different foods and am teaching my kids to try other foods. Just yesterday I made tabouli salad mmm so fresh and in this Hot weather it was refreshing. Good job with the videos… so glad you are sharing your cooking knowledge 🥰

Another great vlog Dana!!❤
I love your use of herbs and seasonings. I need to experiment more. Thanks for sharing your skills.
I don’t know why I forget to like and comment on your videos! I guess I get carried away by trying to remember what you’ve done I start making notes and my mind can’t do more than 2 things at a time😂 I really enjoyed seeing you using your grill. Grills here are mainly BBQ style to have a somewhat smoked flavor. These veg look so good. I’m trying this on foil for next BBQ😊
Love it

I love your friend’s dress. So beautiful. We love eggplant. Usually, I slice it, bread it (egg, bread crumbs) and roast it before adding it to my eggplant Parmesan. Thanks for the new recipe!

This is a wonderful video showing how you use all of the different spices. I would find it helpful if you showed a close up of the label on the spice bottles because sometimes it gets lost in translation. I love the video from Israel and you cooking with your Mother, and the sharing of her cooking skills. Your son is very handsome!

Thank you 😊 it’s black pepper.
Everything looks so good. You've given me ideas on how to season my meals better. The eggplant that was cooked in oven and mashed with garlic and mayonnaise added, was that added to burgers as sauce? Or do you eat alone? I really want to make this dish! Thank you for your video!

Thank you:) yes it's called baba ghanoush and we have it all the time in the fridge. So easy to make , you can add to it instead of mayo, tehine (great solution for vegans). We use it as a dip or just like this with other cooked vegetabals
כמו בבית זה בדיוק מה שאני עושה ויודעת כמה זה טעים

Look around the 15th minute and just before the end , it’s a kind of dip that you add you your sandwich or on your plate next to other cooked vegetables salads
Love your cooking Dana❤️

I know 😂yesterday started the traditional festival here , Le Son Continue , I can assure you it can be as annoying as this one, it’s traditional music ,this sound made me laugh, and I find it very energetic, we were in a rush as the kids were getting hungry 😋my son chose it , lucky we can add subtitles and shut it down 😂😂😂😂
