  Hi Will you only have 4 bikes you regret selling, lucky you wait until you have been riding 50years 6 months 14 days and several hours and the list is huge all of my Ducatis, my 2 R100 beemers, both of my Buells all of my sport mopeds, comet cross, TI , puch M50, and Casal st 50, my first plastic maggot, my Vespa 90, my Guzzi 125 co uno, etc etc etc the list goes on, you have just had us in stitches again,Sarah has formally invited you to drop in if your ever this side of the channel, cos you make her laugh, so don’t forget she told me to say that, ….Pete & Sarah 🇫🇷

  Well sir your second vid i commented on your channel id just bought a 1050xt and you had the grey one ...i did 8000 mies on that near perfect bike 4 bikes later when i did a dealer swop....and would you believe its still in that showroom today 2yrs later....🤔is it sitting there waiting for me to buy back😂😂😂 as age catching me up 1050 a tad heavy so ill stay with my vstrom 650.....best wishes for move...ps I to suffer for buying..... 67bikes in a lot of years...atb

  I regret selling my last XS650 (owned 4 of them). It had been meticulously restored and fitted with high-quality modifications. It was ridiculously uncomfortable to ride any distance but it looked so good. Biggest issue was that I rode it like a maniac, everywhere! Completely opposite to how I normally ride. So I sold it.

  I traded my 07 fatboy with a dealer for my 17 T120...I absolutely love the T120,,,but, I called the dealer a few days later and bought back my 07 fatboy.. different bikes for different moods😊

  The love of my life is royal Berzan, the brother of bernie (or sister). I still think the baby blue one is a boy, but you never can tell these days, ha ha.   Aah.. yeah, the ones that got away, eh mate?! I've had a few too. I once owned a 1950's Norton ES2 (a 500 single), which had a double adult sidecar attached. Me and my first Mrs actually slept a night in that one time, when it broke down somewhere! God, we were so skinny back in the 60's....😢 If only I'd hung onto that for the past 50 years and about 40 house moves. It would probably be worth about a grand now! Lol 😂😂 I'm watching Novak getting a bit of a pasting here, I hope that's not starting a trend for Spanish peeps to start winning shit today! 😮😮😮😢 I've got a couple of mates coming round tonight to share the terrible tension on my nice new 65" OLED screen!   Bittersweet I'm sure but on to the next chapter! You are no doubt setting me (all of us) up to learn you've traded the T120 towards a Shotgun 🤨 You do you my friend and we'll still be here. My T120 is staying forever (lol) but my Moto Guzzi V9 is in for its first service and may well be another bike coming home in its place 🤔

  Onwards and upwards Willie. Looking forward to the next chapter 👍. Best of luck with the move. Now, my Classic 350 gets more nods from other bikers than any other I've known. And there's no mistaking it as they pass because of the little Tiger Eyes. A few I've met and talked to consider it irrelevant but they are really in the minority. It's definitely a bike that you have to understand and I'll bet every single one of those who were negative have never ridden a Classic 350. Went to work on Ernie this morning. Obviously, I took the long way 😊.

  That Halcyon Grey 350Classic is a looker,one of the best colours.I remember you video on cornering on the Nikken when you were 3 Wheeled Willie.I see the odd Nikken around in NZ 🇳🇿 old bikers with bad legs or similar love it keeps them on a bike & alot cheaper than a trike.

Regarding regrets, when I was on my apprenticeship in the mid 80s as a natural stone & lead layer, I was working on a very old cottage & got to know the old boy who owned it, In his kitchen, he had old photos of him in North africa in 1941 to 43 on a MATCHLESS G3L 350cc as a dispatch driver. It turned out he loved this bike so much that he somehow had this bike transported back to the UK as part of his prep for the invasion in 44. He kept this bike after the war with all its patina & desert camo & he showed me it in his garage & offered to sell it to me for less than a £100 but at the time I was only on £24 pounds a week plus I was into the whole Mod scene & was saving up for a vespa so I politely declined 🫣🤦‍♂️ Arrrrrr

  Back in the eighties I took my BSA 650 Road Rocket back to its last nut and bolt and did it all up. I then fell in love with the looks of a Ducati 450 desmo with a bikini fairing, that a mate of mine owned and did a swop. What a mistake, the Ducati was a disaster in almost every way and everyday i curse myself for letting the BSA go.

It was a beast of a thing but I loved it, however there is the chance of picking up an old one and restoring it at some point. Look forward to seeing you settled in mate.   I cane home one Christmas holiday afternoon a bit worse for wear, , having arranged to meet up again in the evening. My lady put me to bed, anyway I woke up, remembered my promise to my mates, dressed amd went down stairs. My wife looks at me dissaprovingly. Where are you going?   I have a classic 350 which I love, tried the shotgun which I wanted to love but didn’t - it wasn’t so different. Instead I chose a nearly new Moto Guzzi V7 which I think compliments the Classic 350 perfectly. Just sayin…..
