I’ve been doing intermediate classes and wanted to try a new instructor. This beginning class is well above the in the mid body. Wow and your leg stretches are amazing but at 70 I don’t think I’ll get there. 😎 Nice workout

I danced from age 2 to 20. I haven't danced (ballet) since then and WOW I forgot how muscle intense ballet actually is. I'm 52 now and realize I resemble a tin man re: my flexibility. I am hoping if I stick with it, it can be my version of a can of oil. Yikes.....I made in 4 minutes without a "wince." LOL! I'm up for the challenge and will continue. :)

Can we cure irregular periods with these splits can anyone rply please
Irregular periods are caused by hormonal changes, weight fluctuations, stress, varying activity levels, diet…many factors! Splits alone will not cure irregular periods…but moving/exercising everyday can help your body & mind in many ways, so move your body everyday! 💕

Good Morning Desiree I recently found your channel and was immediately intrigued by your slow and controlled pilates video as I was looking for a slower-paced workout. I took ballet classes as a child, and it always stuck with me even though my parents could no longer afford it. I have been doing your workouts for the past 3 or 4 days and let me tell you I am already noticing major differences in many ways. I said all of that to say I am officially in love with your style, and personality. Your vibe is SO BEAUTIFUL. I love your workouts because they make me feel as though I am back in ballet class. Please don't stop doing what you do on KZread because you ARE making a difference one person at a time.

We are all different, you are right, we won't look like you, when we do your workouts, but we will look better in our way. And we will feel better. It's about feeling good and not about being perfect. Movement is so much more than looking perfect. Reducig stress, fighting depressions, getting more health and confidence, for example. Not only weight loss. I wish, people would start thinking in a "whole" way, not only about weight loss or reducing cellulite or whatever. Movement is a gift to heal yourselve. You just have to learn, which movement is the right at the right time. I love pilates and yoga to calm down. Running, when I have a problem to solve. Hiit or cardio, when I am under pressure. Weight lifting, when there is a lot to do. Callanetics or new callanetics, when I want to feel the really deep muscles, similar with pilates or yoga. Some day I just want to relax. Your workouts always make me feel comfortable in a "whole" way. Thank you for thar.
