I got bored with my own workouts and found your channel when I was looking for motivation. I have to say your videos are different from the other channels on KZread because you're real and don't try to act fake. Please don't ever change like the other KZreadrs on here who became popular and allowed it to get to their heads. Good Morning Desiree I recently found your channel and was immediately intrigued by your slow and controlled pilates video as I was looking for a slower-paced workout. I took ballet classes as a child, and it always stuck with me even though my parents could no longer afford it. I have been doing your workouts for the past 3 or 4 days and let me tell you I am already noticing major differences in many ways. I said all of that to say I am officially in love with your style, and personality. Your vibe is SO BEAUTIFUL. I love your workouts because they make me feel as though I am back in ballet class. Hi Desiree, I have been weightlifting since 2018 and had grown tired of the same routine and feeling stuck in my body. Your workouts have challenged my body in a way weightlifting never has. In doing an hour of your workouts everyday for two weeks, I have seen amazing results. My core and my shoulders are at strength I have always wanted and I look forward to participating in these everyday. I have also always wanted to do ballet and your videos have given me the ability to gain strength like a dancer. I love the way you conduct these classes. Thank you! It’s such a relaxing workout, like a self-massage. Feel great. It seems that all my muscle groups are relaxed! It’s very suitable for rest/active days after high-intensity exercises throughout the week.

Hi Desirée, I fell off the wagon about ten days ago and this was the perfect class to climb back on it. I so enjoy your slow and controlled classes; recently I find them to be more my pace. 😊 Want you to know that I’ll be away most of August and it’s unlikely that I’ll have the opportunity to work out with you, but I’ll be doing a lot of walking. I don't think I've done they lying down legs scissors (not sure what it's called). It's cool! My core is not strong enough so the moving boat move was a bit of a struggle staying in balance. And my legs still don't go all the say like you do. Thank you for this slow and controlled workout.

I think my soul left my body and came back after my legs stopped shaking 1 day after. Thank you for this slow pilate class, I struggle with more energetic workouts such as hiit because it puts too much stress on my body and lefts me in a not so good mental state but this was just perfect, very challenging, sweated a good bit but left me feeling very calm

Oh my! Another excellent workout! 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻🎉🎉🎉Your expertise and creativity was shining through again! This was a super challenging class and I loved every minute of it. Like you say, these slow and controlled classes are so good for building form and strength. The very reason I loved combining Bikram hot yoga classes with power flow classes.
