Feeling particularly misunderstood and unseen today. Experiencing a form of one-up-man-ship today and realised I always have. I’m expected to remain calm all the time even in the face of death. Labelled bad and needy if I show emotions. Need to self soothe, thank you for this x

Thanks for reminding me that there's a space before me and my thoughts. this is such a beautiful practice and i feel much clearer physically and emotionally. it might be odd to say but you have a soothing voice like the narrator in "Desperate Housewifes" lol. also, is the thought the guest or the furniture or both? whatever it is i try to visualize as best as i can and i feel calmer. thank you Sara!

Thank you nicki you captured my life in the last week or two so beautifully. Lost job as a teacher in a school l loved so had tears sadness and anger for a day or 2 then changed to thinking more positive thoughts did a few interviews and while washing the dishes and listening to you the phone rang with a job offer. You will be mentally with me in the new classroom next September. 😊
I needed this a lot . I couldn’t find joy for a little while so I went scanning throughout my child hood .. everytime i found joy I always was met with disappointment because during my joyful moments with these people as a child that person would betray me so I became tense . And my heart started beating a bit faster . But I continued to smile, I’m going to do this every day until I can find that joy and happiness within myself and it won’t turn into disappointment , thank you .
If sleep is a little death, thank God for giving me back my breath in the morning, river for seeing a new day Thanks to the health of my internal organs and thanks to His blessings for divine protection

Yes, I agree. Sarah is the best, but if I can offer a suggestion. It’s possible that if you slow your voice down, it may make us feel more calm. For me, it helps me to get calm when I’m hearing a calm slower voice. Thank you.
